Celebrate Mexican Independence Day at Mijo on Wednesday, September 16 from 4pm to 9pm with an evening of bold flavors, cocktails and live entertainment. The celebration comes alive from 6pm to 9pm with a DJ and fire performers bringing extra energy to the dining room. Pair the night with favorites from Mijo's modern Mexican menu and specialty cocktails featuring Flecha Azul Tequila and Cointreau.
