The modern Mexican menu features prime meats and fresh whole fish prepared over a wood-burning grill, flavorful ceviches, tacos and shareable appetizers made for the table. Designed to engage every sense, Mijo welcomes guests through a brick terracotta corridor surrounded by lush green and gold details before opening into a collection of distinctive dining spaces, each with its own look, feel and energy.
At the heart of this Las Vegas Mexican restaurant is an expansive bar showcasing tequila, mezcal and other premium spirits alongside one-of-a-kind cocktails made with hard-to-find selections.
